We recommend that you book in advance if you plan to use our services during the dates mentioned above.
- What are the available booking options?
You can book with us via online and thru phone calls. Booking should also be made at least 14 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
- What are the payment options available?
We accept credit and debit cards. We support Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover and all other major banks.
- What will you receive after booking completion?
Your booking details and payment receipt will be sent to your email.
Please call our office in case you did not receive any. The booking confirmation will also be sent within 24 – 48 hours.
Wait for the driver’s details 12 hours before your transfer.
- When will you receive your receipt?
The payment receipt will be sent to your email address after payment completion.
- What are the inclusions for Arrival Transfer services?
Arrivals for Private Hire Car
Your driver will show up at the Exit Door of your arrival terminal 60 minutes after your landing time. There is a complimentary 10 minutes waiting time. Waiting surcharge applies per 10-minute block and is capped at 20 minutes.
Arrivals Following Flight No. or Ferry Name
Your driver will keep track of your flight or ferry landing time and should be at the airport based on the schedule. Complimentary waiting time is up to 60 minutes. Additional waiting surcharge per 10-minutes block will commence after the 60 minutes complimentary waiting time. Please call your driver if he needs to wait further. Expect the driver to carry a signage bearing your name.
Arrivals Following Pick Up Time
Your driver will show up only on the agreed schedule with a complimentary 10 minutes waiting time for pick up. Additional waiting surcharge applies per 10-minute block. You may look for your driver holding a signage bearing your name.
Immediate Arrivals
If you happen to be in the airport already, you can ask for an Immediate Arrival transfer service. Reach out to us directly and your transfer should be ready within 30 minutes.
Arrivals on Multiple Flights
The driver can meet and greet passengers in one flight. We recommend booking additional transfers if you have passengers in different flights even if they arrive almost the same time.
Arrival from Marina Bay Cruise or Harbourfront Ferry Terminal
Your driver will pick you up an hour later from the Estimated Time of Arrival considering the volume of passengers disembarking from the cruise.
Take Note:
- For arrival transfers except for immediate arrivals, we require advance payment by credit or debit card online.
- If you wish for the driver to wait for more than 60 minutes, we encourage that you book the Hourly Disposal.
- What are our recommendations for Departure Transfer services?
For Changi Airport, we recommend that you check-in at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure. If you do not have luggage, 1 and ½ hours should suffice. Take note that check-in counters usually close 40 minutes before your departure.
- What are the inclusions for point-to-point transfers?
The driver will pick you up at the agreed schedule and will have a complimentary 10 minutes waiting time for Private Hire Car and 15 minutes waiting time for Limousine. Additional waiting surcharge applies after the complimentary waiting time. There are also on-call or stand-by services available.
- What are Hourly Disposal services?
You can book the Hourly Disposal service for a minimum of 2 hours for Limousine Cab or 3 hours for Private Car.
Half day packages (6 consecutive hours) and Full day packages (10 consecutive hours) are also available.
The hourly disposal starts at the landing time in Singapore, and the driver shall wait for the passenger based on the hours booked.
The driver can transport only one group of passengers travelling together. If you have multiple guests from different flights, we encourage that you book separate transfers.
- Do we have vehicle inspection?
For the Hourly Disposal service (12 hours and above), complimentary 30 minutes vehicle inspection and briefing is available. Otherwise, there is an additional surcharge of $60.
- What is the seating capacity of the vehicles?
Age 3 and above are considered adult passengers and will be required to have individual seats and seatbelts.
For kids age 2 and below, they can sit on the parent’s/guardian’s lap.
- What are the luggage requirements?
This varies depending on your chosen service/ vehicle. Each seat may be replaced to fit a luggage, baby stroller, or golf bag. If you have exceeded the luggage capacity, it will not be carried to ensure safety.
- Do we have available car child seats?
These are not mandatory due to the vehicles’ restrictions and space limitations. If you need one, you can personally bring yours and this should take up one seat.
- Do you charge if there is a need to carry a wheelchair?
Carrying a foldable wheelchair is free of charge.
Wheelchair ramp is available for selected services. This is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
- Do you charge if there is a need to carry a bicycle?
This is free of charge but make sure that your chosen vehicle or service can fit your bike. You can reach out to our representatives on the best vehicles to rent.
- Do you allow food and drinks inside the car?
We only allow mineral water onboard.
- Are admission fees included in our services?
Take note that our rates are for the transfer services only. Admission and tour guide fees should be shouldered by the customer.
