• Maximum waiting time for arrival pickup (meet and greet) will be 1 hour from the time the flight lands. After which, additional $10.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes of waiting time.
  • For one way transfer, airport departure and arrival driveway pick up the maximum waiting time will be 15 minutes. After which, additional $15.00 will be charged for every 10 minutes of waiting time.
  • Midnight surcharge of $15.00 applies for bookings from 0000 hours to 0600 hours.
  • Surcharge of $15.00 applies for every additional pick-up or drop-off.
  • Additional $15.00 will be charged for baby seat.
  • Additional $15.00 will be charged for outskirt areas such as Jurong Island, Tuas, Jurong East/West, Jalan Bahar, Kranji and Lim Chu Kang.
